In fact, given that SNH was created in a context characterised by scarcity of national executive staff in its sector of activities, the company undertook right from the onset to train young Cameroonians in petroleum professions. Therefore, it recruited the best students from higher institutions and universities and later sent them for training in specialised institutions abroad.
