Chanas* has a new Chairman of the Board of Directors

Claudine MANGA, Head of the Douala Branch Office of the National Hydrocarbons Corporation (SNH), was installed on 1st August 2024 by the representative of the majority shareholder, Igor Emmanuel SOYA BISSAYA, Adviser No.2 at SNH.

Claudine MANGA replaces Maurice MATANGA, SNH's former Strategic Planning and Development Manager, who was entitled to retire.

 Patrick Emmanuel MVONDO was installed on 31 July 2024 in Douala by the Adviser No.2, representing the EGM of SNH, Adolphe MOUDIKI, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tradex.

 Prior to his appointment, Patrick Emmanuel MVONDO held the position of Director of Legal Affairs within the company.
